Delete my data
Wallot has no accounts — the only data tied to you is an anonymous device ID, its usage history, and its subscription record. You can erase all of it, with or without the app installed.
From the app
Account → Delete My Data → Delete. This permanently removes from our servers:
- your anonymous device identifier,
- all usage history (scan, lookup, and research counts),
- your subscription record on our side.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. The app generates a fresh anonymous ID afterwards, as if newly installed.
Without the app
Email vexionsystems@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and we'll erase it within 48 hours. If you've uninstalled the app we can locate the record from your purchase receipt if you subscribed; free-tier data with no identifying details expires from our systems on its own.
Deleting data does not cancel a subscription
Billing is handled by your app store, so cancel there:
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Wallot+ → Cancel.
- Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Wallot+ → Cancel.
What is never deleted
Company dossiers are public records about corporations, not about you. They contain nothing personal and remain in the shared record.
