Terms of Use
Last updated: July 4, 2026
By using the Wallot app or website you agree to these terms.
What Wallot is — and isn't
Grades are Wallot's editorial opinion, computed by a published rubric from cited public records. Items marked ALLEGED are allegations, not established facts. Every claim links to its source — read the sources and judge for yourself.
- Dossiers summarize publicly available information: court records, regulatory actions, official filings, and reporting by named outlets. We require a source for every claim and drop claims without one.
- Companies change. A dossier reflects the record as of its research date and may be incomplete or out of date.
- Wallot is not financial, investment, legal, or purchasing advice. What you buy is your call.
- Spot an error? Email vexionsystems@gmail.com with the claim and a source and we'll review it promptly.
Free use and subscriptions
- Free users get a limited number of scans per week and company lookups, on companies already in the public record.
- Wallot+ ($4.99/month or $44.99/year) unlocks unlimited dossiers plus 10 new-company digs per month. Extra digs are available as one-time purchases; purchased dig credits carry over and don't expire.
- Subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime in your device's app store subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable except as required by the stores' own policies.
- Unused monthly digs reset each month. Fair use applies — automated or bulk access isn't allowed.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, bulk-download, or resell the Wallot database.
- Don't attempt to disrupt the service or circumvent usage limits.
- You may share individual dossiers and screenshots freely — that's the point.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wallot and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
